Women’s History Month Statewide Training Director Journeyman Lineman Deborah Kelly is a lifelong Alaskan. She is a graduate of Anchorage High School and the IBEW / NECA apprenticeship program. She has experience building and maintaining power lines across Alaska and the lower 48. Kelly has taken an active role workplace safety, including serving on the IBEW Local 1547 Safety Committee and on the Alaska Safety Advisory Council.
